1. MCC PANELS
At EPCCO, we have capability to manufacture MCC panels of any type and capacity for industrial and commercial purposes. We use switch-gear and control gear products from ABB, Schneider, Siemens, L&T. We also supply single cubicle MCC panels without bus-bars for small applications.
2. PLC AND CONTROL PANELS
We supply PLC and Control Panels for any applications as per the requirement and IO List. We have products from Siemens, ABB, Delta, Mitsubishi. We also do the pre-commissioing and commissioning of the panels. We have pre-designed products for HVAC applications for control of Chillers, AHUs, Pumps, Cooling Towers etc.
3. VFD PANELS
VFD Panels for Pumps, Exhaust Fans, Conveyers, Blowers, Compressors, Agitators can be supplied as per the motor capacity and application. VFD are available from Danfoss, ABB, Delta. VFDs from 0.15 kW to 1 MW and can be easily linked to PLC/DDC panels.
4. SENSORS AND TRANSMITTERS
Pressure, Temperature, Flow, pH, Tank/Storage Level, Air Quality, CO2, Carbon Monoxide, Air Velocity sensors can be supplied, installed and tested and calibrated. Instrument can be selected according to the specific application and zone classification according to IEC-60079 standards. We can supply sensors and transmitters from Danfoss, Wika, Trumen.
5. CONTROL VALVES AND ACTUATORS
Finite Control Elements like Control Valves and Actuators for applications in industrial process control, water and sewage treatment, HVAC systems can be supplied according to the application and atmosphere/zone according to IEC standards. Butterfly Valves, Ball Valves, Control Valves, Solenoid Valves, Damper Actuators, VAV Controller for HVAC, MFD etc can be supplied.
