The smart indoor farming is the most advanced technology for high yield commercial production of variety of vegetables which can highly reduce the footprint of the system. In this method, the area required for production is drastically reduced as the crops are grown in NFT channels and vertical columns and this completely prevents the crops from getting infected from soil based pests and fungi. Environment is controlled by humidifiers and air conditioners to get maximum yield and all the parameters like environment, crop growth, nutrient level, water pH and EC are monitored by IoT based cloud server.
